Cancelation Policy

Kindly take note that in the event of you cancelling your booking/reservation, we shall impose a reasonable cancellation

fee which are as follow:

Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before arrival date – 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival date – full deposit will be forfeited.

A cancellation fee will not be charged if the reason for the cancellation is due to the hospitalization or death of any of the

persons for whom the booking was made, provided that we receive acceptable written proof of the reasons for cancellation.

Any cancellation must be made in writing and faxed, e-mailed or hand delivered to us.

Kindly provide us with a written confirmation of the bank details we should use to make a refund, if applicable.

Any refund due to you will be made within 7 working days after receipt of the required information.
